All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made at the time of ordering or upon delivery/pickup as specified.

3. Delivery and Pickup

We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other factors. Pickup orders must be collected within the specified timeframe.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made within 5 minutes of placing an order. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

Cozy Kitchen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.
